Shopping at LowPurr is safe, fast and convenient. To make your life easier, we accept a variety of safe and friendly payment methods. When shopping at LowPurr, your privacy and online security are always guaranteed.
LowPurr accepts the following payment methods:

PayPal:

Pay securely through your PayPal account at checkout. Select the PayPal option and log in to your account to complete the catbed payment. After payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation email from PayPal and our store. If you encounter a problem or need additional payment information, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the order number, payment amount, and PayPal transaction ID of the product you purchased from.

Credit Cards:

Payment for purchased products accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You will need to enter your debit/credit card information for each purchase. We do not store your debit/credit card information. Our system automatically encrypts your payment information at checkout and removes sensitive data immediately after processing. We do not store your debit/credit card information. LowPurr is not responsible for any exchange fees or foreign exchange charges associated with international orders.
Payment for Cat Beds cannot be paid in instalments and requires multiple credit cards. All credit cards must provide a valid security code.

Payment Failed, Do not honor

A "They are not accepted" or "Invalid service code" message indicates that the issuing bank of the customer's credit card does not validate the purchase transaction and provide an authorization code. Essentially, this means that the credit card used for the purchase has been completely rejected by the issuing bank. To resolve this issue, you must contact the issuing bank of the customer's credit card to obtain a verbal authorization code for the purchase transaction. Once you have the authorization code, you can manually capture the Cat Beds purchase transaction. We recommend that you call the phone number on the back of your card to contact your bank's customer service representative. Please let them know that you are trying to order our products online and ask them to approve the transaction.
